First, let me start by saying that if I could leave 10 stars, I would. Allow me to explain. Dr. Musielak has been my PCP since 2019, and the experience has been life-changing for me. Her care, compassion, and dedication have made a lasting difference in my life. From the very first appointment, she treated me not just as a patient, but as a person and a friend — listening, guiding, and encouraging me through every step of my health journey. Under her care, she treated my diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, and got them stabilized and under control. She also treated my edema in both legs. The biggest accomplishment was when she discovered that I had AFIB. The doctor, being very proactive, prescribed medication immediately. She got the AFIB under control until I could have Heart Catheterization surgery this past June.  Since this time, I have had a regular heartbeat, and things are normal. I am living proof that Dr. Musielak is a lifesaver!!! Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I must say goodbye. She and her staff have spoiled me rotten. They treat you like family here.  I will miss them dearly.  I am going to stop here before I get overwhelmed. I have battled my weight all my life. Completly controlled by food and wasting my life extremely unhealthy and miserable. I failed every diet... fad... medicine...and then...I failed the lap band... and 10 years after the lap band surgery I had it removed and revised to the sleeve procedure. I had success with the sleeve. I lost approx 50lbs but just couldn't get past that mark. I was so ashamed I wouldn't go see my Sleeve Surgeon until I absolutely had to (stomach issues that ended up being nothing). When I seen him, he referred me to Dr. D to see how she could help me. I figured this would just be another doctor... and I really didn't see there was a way for me to lose anymore weight. I was completely wrong. Dr. D has truly transformed my life! With her expert guidance and support, I have blasted through a 2 year plateau under her care. Her personalized approach to weight loss, tailored specifically to my needs and lifestyle, has made all the difference... I have never felt rushed and I feel like she is not only my doctor but my advocate and friend. You don't get this type of care with doctors anymore. Dr. D is knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to her patients. Its like she has a passion to see me succeed and reach MY goals. She actually listens to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and provides me with the tools and motivation I desperately need. I have gained a new sense of confidence in not only my physical appearance but what I can accomplish. I never thought I could see the scale where it is now, and I can actually see myself getting even healthier and smaller than i am now. Im now at a weight i have not seen since high school and now i know i can accomplish anything with consistency, work and patience. I switched to Dr. Museliak after being unhappy with my previous concierge PCP. To say I've been thrilled since may be an understatement. When I called her office to screen her, Tina (her right hand nurse/jack of all trades) asked me some questions about my previous experience and immediately said that would never happen with Dr. Museliak. She has been true to her word. I have a very complex health history with multiple chronic, complex health issues. I chose Dr. Museliak based on her reviews and work with patients with chronic health problems. When I told one of my other doctors that I was thinking of switching to her, both he & his medical student said "she's wonderful, you're going to really like her." They were right. I contact Dr. Museliak often because of my health issues. She's very responsive, as is Tina - nights, weekends, at crazy hours. She never makes me feel like I'm a bother - quite the opposite. She personally calls to check on me often just to ensure I'm "doing ok." She's personally called other doctors to expedite consult appointments. After meeting with a specialist recently, he all but said Dr. Museliak had it all under control with her course of treatment and there was nothing for him to do. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Museliak. I credit her & Tina for helping get me through some very tough and uncomfortable health conditions. She doesn't treat you like a number or just a patient, she talks to you like you're her family member. If there were 10 stars, I would give them to her - there are not enough good things I can say about her & Tina. If you're wondering if the concierge price is worth it, I can assure you that you will never question a dollar you spent with Dr. Museliak & Tina. Never.

After a couple of years of gaining devastating weight due to medications, I looked into many options and tried many online programs, but never felt comfortable with the way they were run and would give up, not able to lose the weight and wasting time. Dr. Musielak was referred to me by someone and it felt like my final try. Immediately I was met with wit, banter, kindness and optimism that I would be able to combat the weight gain, and we did her skinny shot program. I have been steadily losing weight over the past few months. I have hope and excitement back in my life! Every time we have an appointment it’s like chatting with an old friend. I know their office has plenty of different products and procedures to help anyone get the same hope and excitement back into their lives as I have! Highly recommend especially to those who need support and confidence!

Dr. Musielak has been my primary care physician since 2019 and the past 5 years she has been nothing but amazing to me. She's smart, witty, motivated, a good listener. She cares, has a good heart and she is very patient. I've put her patient to the test a few times and she survived ! So that makes her resilient as well ! She is by far the best doctor I have ever had ! She's has helped me lower my blood sugar and keep it under control. My cholesterol and Liver enzymes are under control. All this has helped heal my legs. This is relevant because its going to help me land a very big opportunity soon. Still waiting in the cookies !

Dr Musielak is an amazing caring human. She takes the time to explain options and improve your health without guilting or making you feel inferior. I came to her post bariatric surgery due to having stalled with about 30-40lbs to my goal. We tried a few medications before settling on semaglutide injections (pricy but they worked out a deal to help!) and thankfully I did well on very low doses so I could spread my injections out further. This jump started my weight loss again and got me BELOW my goal in less than a year. I have PCOS and the semaglutide helped me so much more than metformin in terms of my symtpoms (which are NOT resolved post weight loss by the way.) So I'm off the injections now, about to get skin removal surgery (I am down a total of 150lbs!) and I've been maintaining just fine. Thank you Dr. Musielak for helping me achieve a dream I've had since a 3rd grader... to weigh 180lbs (and I'm actually below that now!)

I have been seeing Dr. Musielak for over 3 yrs. It has been and is a great experience. She makes you feel very comfortable. She listens to you. Together, we came up with a plan that resulted in me loosing over 50lbs. She is like my biggest cheerleader. I look forward to my visits. Her office staff is also top notch.
