This method is a non-invasive option that focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). Strong pelvic floor muscles are crucial for bladder control.
The VTone treatment is patient-friendly and straightforward. A specially designed applicator is gently inserted into the vaginal canal, where it delivers EMS. This stimulation induces muscle contractions, thereby aiding in the rehabilitation and strengthening of both the pelvic floor and its accessory muscles. 30 minutes on this device is equivalent to doing approximately 20,000 Kegels!
The treatment typically requires very little downtime, although it’s advisable to adhere to a short period of pelvic rest post-treatment, usually lasting a couple of days.

The Morpheus8V naturally stimulates the body’s collagen and elastin production. These two proteins are crucial in maintaining the structural integrity and elasticity of vaginal tissues. By enhancing their production, Morpheus8V essentially improves vaginal laxity and overall tone. This not only contributes to a rejuvenated appearance but can also play a significant role in reducing dryness.
The process itself is patient-friendly, with minimal downtime required. Following the treatment, some patients may experience mild symptoms such as redness or soreness, and a brief period of pelvic rest is generally advised. These effects are typically short-lived, allowing patients to quickly resume their normal activities.
Most patients have no side effects and can return to their routine the same day. It’s best to delay your return to physical activity, such as hitting the gym, until the day after your procedure and not soak in a bath or hot tub for at least three days.
We advise patients to avoid sexual activity at least 72 hours after their non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation.
Typically at least three sessions of either a single or combination of treatments are recommended to achieve the best results, though this can differ based on individual needs and goals.
